Baked Brie and Pinot Noir Pairing

Few pairings feel as effortlessly fancy as baked Brie with a glass of Pinot Noir. The cheese is rich, creamy, and indulgent-perfectly balanced by our Pinot’s ripe strawberry aroma, juicy red berry palate, and soft, lingering finish.

The wine’s bright acidity cuts through the Brie’s richness, creating a match that’s vibrant, smooth, and très delish. Ideal for easy entertaining or your next cosy night in.

Cheese, Wine and a Little Bit of Magic

Looking to impress without the stress? Baked Brie and Pinot Noir is your go-to pairing for easy entertaining. Creamy, melty cheese meets vibrant, juicy red in a combo that feels fancy-but couldn’t be simpler to pull off. It’s effortless elegance, served warm.

Why it works

Brie’s creamy, buttery texture and subtle earthy notes are the perfect match for the fruit-driven profile of our Pinot Noir. This wine is filled with aromas of ripe strawberry and hints of spice, leading into a luscious palate of red berries with a soft, lingering finish. Its well-balanced acidity cuts through the richness of baked Brie beautifully, making each bite and sip feel perfectly in sync.

The Flavour Connection

While white wine is often the go-to for soft cheese, Pinot Noir brings a little something extra to the table. The red berry brightness, subtle spice, and refreshing acidity offer a lively contrast to the gooey, buttery centre of baked Brie. When served warm, the cheese’s richness is balanced by the wine’s lift-letting the flavours of both shine without overpowering each other.

Whether you’re entertaining guests or simply treating yourself, this pairing is très delish-a little bit of magic in every bite and sip.
